Case Study: Rapid Installation of Pre-Owned Filtration System
Our team was tasked with removing a filter system from its original site, transporting it in panel form, and reassembling it at our workshop for installation at a customer’s expanding facility.
The customer required a larger filtration system to support newly added machinery, and the timeframe was tight — just three days to remove the old unit and complete the switchover.
Preparation was key. Larger fans were positioned and pre-wired ahead of time to ensure a smooth transition. On Friday morning, the existing filter was removed using a Hiab crane. Immediately after, our pre-built pre-owned filter was delivered in two halves and lifted into position.
By the end of the weekend, the entire system was fully installed, commissioned, and tested. On Monday morning, the customer’s workshop resumed production with an upgraded, high-capacity filtration system in place — completed on schedule with minimal downtime.

Case Study: Complete Filter Replacement at Brickyard Extraction Unit
A major brickyard required a full filter replacement on one of its extraction units to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime. Our team was engaged to complete the works safely and within a tight timeframe.
Scope of Works

The plant was made safe and fully locked off prior to access, with all health and safety procedures strictly followed.

Existing filter cages were carefully removed.

Old sleeves were extracted and responsibly disposed of.

New sleeves were installed and cages refitted.

Blast tubes and roof plates were reassembled and securely fixed.
Outcome
A team of four engineers successfully replaced 240 sleeves in just one day, ensuring the customer’s operation was back online with minimal disruption. The project was delivered on time, safely, and with improved filtration performance for the site.
